Hello folks! I recently discovered that my Mini won't fly above 30 m or beyond 50 m. I've had it since December 2019 but thanks to the weather in my area haven't been able to fly it all that much. I don't know if those default limits always existed -- having lost 2 flyaway drones (not Minis!)...

I keep seeing recommendations for people going to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help to view the flight logs -- but I must be missing something. My DJI Fly doesn't produce .TXT, only .LOG files. DJI Assistant 2 supposedly makes these viewable but all it really does is download them as .DAT...

I AM in my early days of flying my Mini and do get confused about which way it's pointing. I lost two other (much cheaper) drones becuase of that. Yes, the camera images help but if I lose those I hope that RTH will save my drone -- and my sanity!

I bought a Galaxy S7 from TracFone for $150. Works well.

THe DJI Fly app is available at Google Play for Amazon systems (you need 6.0 or better) and for both Amazon and IOS at the DJI web site.
