In the video posted by Justinewidebody a distance of 36.383 ft has been reached after 15.45 min. flight time, i.e. before the RC disconnection. So I believe that DJI has wisely implemented a distance limit to protect the bird from those who want to beat distance records forgetting that the bird...

Hallo and welcome !!!!! Personally I wouldn’t put at risk 400€ by saving something on the phone, especially considering the not unfrequent issues with some of the many Android versions.... and .... out there there’s plenty of reliable IOS 2nd hand phones !!!!

As far as I know the Apple 18W charger complies to USB-PD standard whereas the DJI one is based on the QC 3.0 charging protocol. This means that you can use the Apple charger, but you won't benefit of the fast charging feature .....

..... maybe a simple and almost costless modification to the DJI Fly App could solve the problem (see the rough Powerpoint modification of a screenshot, just to show the concept) ........ hopefully the next update could fix a number of the other issues experienced by the MM owners ......
