I read that the Mavic battery has 2 18650s inside. Here in Australia replacement batteries are 100 bucks. I have heaps of 18650s for my vape. I was wondering if anyone has tried opening the battery and using consumer 18650s in it? Would save me $$$ if this were possible

It just seems like it is configured to not let you pitch or bank more than a certain amount. The salesman told me that there is a 'stunt mode' where it allows you to do extreme maneuvers such as barrel rolls. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this?

Ok, so I figured it out. The software needs to be installed for windows to detect the Mavic as a drive. It must install the necessary drivers with the software. I tried plugging it in without the software installed and windows wouldn't detect it. Glad I got it all sorted, thanks for your advice...
