No, they are completely different things mate.
The Flight Controller is a module within the aircraft itself.
The serial number on the box is what you give your insurance company when it gets lost/stolen.
You've got to wonder if their servers are up to that amount of Mavic's all being activated on the same.

Confirmed, there is no internal hard disk / drive, just some limited local storage.
I do this if I run out of MicroSD cards in the field - it's horrendously slow to copy though.
But, it's saved me a few times Thumbswayup

DroneDoctor seems to have mixed reviews?
I can't speak for the rules in other countries but you'd be breaking the Drone Code if you flew at 170m above the ground here in the UK mate.
Why not just go around it?
All drone operators flying anything weighing over 250g will have to register with the CAA directly, albeit through a service built by a subcontractor (which I think we all kinda knew would happen anyway). Alongside the online test, operators will also need to display their CAA registration...
