That's funny... I'm over by island Waterpark. Yeah there are plenty of open fields. Maybe I need to go out further west to check out other fields.

I'm going to stick with my MP. If I decide to get my Part 107 license then I'll upgrade. Right now I just fly for fun and vacation shots anyway. No need to upgrade for those purposes. If the MA had the occusync system.....

We are headed to Portland and Seattle memorial week next month. Will be doing the site seeing thing like the groto, pikes pier, needle, museum of flight, and etc. Staying in Renton. Planning to bring my Mavic but already assuming can't fly anywhere unless we go out into the wilderness?

At $800, might as well get a full sized mavic. Better yet, buy a Mavic to resell it later for a Mavic 2.

Is it ok to fly there as far as rules, etc? I get hesitant because of the crowd of people around.

Nahhhh... staying with my MP. Can't justify this even being an upgrade, more a downgrade. Good thing I sold my spark weeks ago. With this release, spark prices are going to dip even more especially on the used ones.
