    Smart Controller Compatible?

Hi, Does anyone know if the Mini is compatible with the smart controller?

    UK Registration:

I totally agree, I`ve not yet had any aggro from anyone when flying but it would appear that only un-informed or pedantic people would have a go and with all this plus Drone Assist you could confidently and politely tell them to `do one`. The only comments I have had in nearly 2 years have been...

    UK Registration:

I reckon you are right, I am thinking of loads of stuff since I ordered it....

    UK Registration:

Thanks for all the info chaps, checking Amazon you can get a great Dymo for £23 incl.delivery so I`ve gone for that option and will put a nice label on the front, probably. Also I can label my spice jars so I don`t get my Cumin seeds mixed up with the Naga Chilli`s....

    UK Registration:

Being a good boy I have now registered with The CAA, passed the on line test and been given a registration number. Thing is, you are supposed to have this number actually on your drone(s) which is good and may help if ever you loose it. So short of buying a labelling machine or scrawling the...

Software for Editing Videos and Photos

As a relative beginner I was in the same position, after a bit of research I opted for Filmora, it`s very easy to use, quite inexpensive but you can upgrade as you get more experienced. You can also upload directly to social media, youtube and platforms like Vimeo which I find great if you want...

My Best drone flying Tip Ever! Whats yours?

Not sure if it`s down to me being useless but, mine doesn`t hover too well, up and down all the time. The first few times I launched it and it shot at 1 million mph forward, left, right any which way, and outside was a definite no, no even with a slight breeze. Getting a bit better now with...

My Best drone flying Tip Ever! Whats yours?

Just received the little Snaptain, really good and quite a funky piece of kit, as you say great practice from my desk whilst working, great in the garden too without risking my M2Z or giving the neighbours kids a haircut...

    ND`s and stuff...

That`s great, thankyou for your concise answer, I`ve totally got it now! Also what a useful app, glad I asked the question....

    ND`s and stuff...

I appreciate this has been covered before but....I`m a little confused still. I bought a set of Tiffen ND filters ND 4 to ND 16, and used manual settings 24 fps & 1/50, as would appear to be the best settings. On a sunny day it was apparent that 16 was not up to the job and footage was over...

    Almost Arrested

I bet you got a bit of a nervous buzz when doing this, I know I would, and the slightly more `risky` shots/footage are really great to look back on. You obviously observed good practice, but I wonder if it would have bee possible to take off from a farther, more secluded distance and fly over...

First editing attempt - Paddleboarding from above:

Thanks guys, good stuff.... I was aware the nd 16 was not up to the very bright sunshine and may have even gone back to auto. Also gotcha on the transitions its tempting to use them just because you can... and it does look a bit like you're eating all the sweeties in the jar. But great tips...

First editing attempt - Paddleboarding from above:

Hi, Being a tad self indulgent I am posting a link to my first real effort. I was flying around by the coast in Spain and met this chap who was with a paddleboarding group, he asked me if I would film them. I did, then attempted an edit with Filmora and sent him the film, he was so gratefull it...
