For nearsighted folks any suggestions for where to find readers? Also has anyone measured the exact size of the lenses in the goggles?

Life is a bit more interesting for those of us with progressives who are nearsighted :) For me (-5.75 I think) without glasses the screen is just slightly blurry and with progressives very blurry.. I'm thinking I may need to follow the suggestion above where I get a pair of single vision...

How far out would the distance of bottom Vs Top of the screen be? E.g. I have progressives (3 fields!) Which cover different distances...

Is there a way to shoot these in full 12 Meg resolution? And also it would be awesome to be able to them as a panorama (admittedly you would lose the very bottom but just the strip alone 360 would be super cool...)...?
