DJI had me try that when I called them it didn’t work so they gave me a case number and shipping label and they fixed it and sent it back the charges would have been $435, but I was still under warranty so no charge.
I personally think prices will fall. Technological advances are made every day at lower and lower costs for many components.
While we are hooked on drones many people think it is an expensive toy that will crash or be lost and hard to find a legal place to fly for many. Also $2,000 for a toys...
if you haven’t registered your new drone with DJI yet I would highly recommend you buy the DJI care refresh insurance. You can thank me later after your first crash which more than likely will occur during your first year of flying.
all above is good advice I would add to read this forum to learn experience of others also down wait until your battery is 50% or lower to return home and land.
Fly safe all and as I said above it might be better to fly with no non pilots around as drones are becoming a hot topic almost as bad as saying you own a gun. You must be a bad guy in both cases.
Yes at first I didn’t realize they are an approved vender here which probably means they pay to support this forum which is a good thing to keep it going as it is a good forum and benefits many without having to charge all.
