I too am a victim. I have called and emailed them several times in the last week and no response whatsoever. When you leave a message the recording doesn't even say it's Master Airscrew. I am about to go the PayPal route.
I understand your thoughts. However why you can do it on the Mavic 2 and not the Air 2? When I did it on the Mavic 2 it still appeared on the screen and did not cancel the RTH.
What a great size drone for travel. My only hesitation is when I watch the videos the noise sounds more like the original Mavic Air I had that my neighbors said sounded like a swarm of bees. Am I missing something here?
I hate to admit I didn't know about the warning and charged all 3 at once. The only thing I have noticed is they do discharge quicker than I would like. Is there a way to fix my error?
I recommend you get both. Use the Refresh for drone injuries and the State Farm for flyaways. I was told by State Farm if you file a claim for the drone it will go against you if you ever switch your Homeowners to another company.
#1/ Can I still get DJI Refresh if I purchase the Mavic Air 2 from Best Buy?
#2/ Does DJI still offer telephone support now that they have closed their LA office?
#3/Is the build quality on the Mavic Air 2 as robust as the Mavic Pro 2?
I just sold my Zoom.
1/Do I need to notify DJI?
2/Notify FAA and or take FAA stickers off?
3/How do I clear the internal storage?
Is there anything else I need to do before I ship it to the new owner?
