I attempted this exact same repair on my MA2 and did a sloppy job of soldering the new motor onto the board, but was still covered by DJI refresh after the fact.

Welcome to the forum, and greetings from San Diego. Here is a copy of the release. At the bottom it says that android user need to update the app from the official DJI website. I cannot explain it not being in the Playstore, but I hope this helps anyway.

He didn’t get ripped off. He paid we he deserved to pay for not doing his research. A rip-off implies the seller did something nefarious.

I sent a drone to DJI for repair that had the ADS-B sticker on it, and the new drone that was returned to me did not have the marking. The function is still available in the app, but there’s just no markings on the drone to indicate it.

Welcome to the forum. Greetings from San Diego. DJI has a prop holder that is made for the mini 2, but I think it will fit your version as well. They also can be found on Amazon and Etsy. Not sure if Etsy is available in Australia though.
