Plug the drone into your PC and scan it with a free recovery program like freeundelete or recuva

The ordinance is regarding parks run by the county, not state or federal parks. If there's a palm beach county parks and rec sign there , then it's a no go.(at least according to the ordinance. Who knows if it will be enforced)

Not sure. I believe lighthouse is coast guard property. I was going to film it from the large park next near it when I discovered the large green sign with the ordinance stating no drone launch or landings.
