Already bound to another account now you see it now you don't?
I sold a Mini 2 on Ebay and the buyer sent me a screenshot from Profile > Device Management showing that the drone was already bound to an another account and wanted to return it unless I could unbind it. Purchased a used Air 2S - won't bind, drone grounded (still registered to the previous owner)
I have purchased a used Air 2S online (from a reseller) and I am now trying to bind it to my Smart controller. Unfortunately, an error shows up as the drone is still bound to the previous owner. Mavic Pro connectivity problem
