It seems an uninstall and reinstall of the app fixed it, see Mini SE 10 flight limitation before reconnecting to internet

Ahh by "fixed" I meant got rid of the message entirely, see post #10 etc. in Mini SE 10 flight limitation before reconnecting to internet
"back to 10" would be only a temporary solution
