13.2 v and 12.6 batteries?

Have never heard of several versions of MA2 or MA2s batteries ...

The original battery is a 3 cell high voltage ... meaning a nominal cell voltage on 3,85V with a total voltage on 4,4V.
This (3x4,4V) gives the maximum charge voltage of 13,2V

Do you have a picture of the specs for that 12,6V battery? And yes, using that Hanatora charger that outputs 13,2V on a 12,6V battery wouldn't be advisable at all.

Dji charging hub is 13.2v just like Hanatora charger.

But as the Air 2 & Air 2s both uses the same 13,2V battery nowadays there might be something in the BMS chip (battery management system) in the battery that tells the charger what it needs.

Don't dare to advice you ... if nothing is regulating down the charge voltage from 13,2V to 12,6V thing's can go really bad.

Also just went on DJI's website and they're selling the batteries as 13.2s when they're showing the battery with the dark square which is a 12.6.

I love the DJI text saying Press once and hold for two seconds to power on. Has anyone ever successfully powered on an Air2 battery using that process? I worked on that puzzle for quite a while. Reread the manual and finally got it working reliably; but jeesh, DJI really needs native language readers to go over their translations.

Did you buy an extra battery that says it’s for the Air 2 though? I can’t imagine that extra battery would say Air2s on it.

Bottom line you want the 13.2 v version

Yes but if You look on DJI's website. They say they're selling a 13.2 battery but they're showing The 12.6 battery and their picture because they put a little dark gray sticker in that little square on the back of the battery.

This is very strange...but you have the video (picture) proof. Did you also notice it had a larger capacity (~3700 mAh vs 3500 mAh) than the "original" battery pack?
First off, a 13.2v charger shouldn't damage the 12.6v rated battery. There is a min/max voltage range on Lithium batts, and while we don't know the specification of what they put in there, I suspect it is more than +/-1v; for example, 12v Lithium replacements for cars tolerate a 14.4v charging voltage.
While I don't think it's good practice for DJI (or anyone) to sell (interchangeably) different batteries with obviously different specs under the same part number, I doubt any damage will occur...and it would be interesting to compare flight times between the two packs.

I believe this battery is only sold in the Air 2S Fly More Combo that includes the RC Pro controller, which I purchased from B&H Photo earlier this month. The rated capacity is 3750 mAh vs. 3500 on the more standard Air 2 and Air 2S battery.

No one has mentioned down on the lower part of the label "UK/CA", not found on the original battery from DJI. Would that label indicate those batteries are only for UK and Canada. Maybe there are restrictions or other other requirements which cause limitations on the power in those areas. Just a SWAG!

I have a Air 2S fly more combo with RC Pro controller from B&H and it has the 12.6V batteries.
Does the RC Pro controller package come with the 3750mAh 12.6V? Looks that way from the DroneX video.
His video that showed the new RC Pro controller being included in the fly more combo from B&H made me pull the trigger on buying it.
