16 gb ipad mini 4 cellular?

I need to get to work and can't wait for an Android app crash fix or Crystal Sky.
So I am going to buy an ipad mini 4 cellular. Can I get away with the 16gb model as all it will be used for is a controller?

The 16GB will be fine if you do not need to use other apps that store a lot of data on the iPad Mini. I use my iPad Minis just for flying and haven't even used half of the available storage.
