4 Battery Hub Charger

I am very frustrated right now Got my Mavic Air yesterday and am having great difficulty with the 4 battery hub charger. The one that folds up that comes with the drone

Yes I know its a sequential charger, but when I put two or more batteries on it it chargers the first one but will not go on and charge the others, it just stops changing anything

When I put just a single battery on it the status light turns red and nothing happens.

Any help at this point greatly appreciated.

Make sure each battery is correctly plugged into the charger. The charger will charge the battery that needs the least charge first.

It is appearing more and more like a bad battery. Though it is brand new

Does the battery charge while on single charge? Ie no hub?

I had a problem at first because I hadn't set the battery in properly. But I love that charger.

If you have not tried already, turn the battery on and then connect it to the single charger.
