48mb going to phone - lose quality?

Hi all.

Forgot my mem card today so the 48mb pics I took were saved to internal memory. It appears that the only way to access them is to use quick transfer to send to my phone? I fear that when I then send them to my laptop from my phone that the quality is reduced?

I have just sent to my email and it says the original size of pic is 25mb? I have tried using USB to drone but it doesn't show up under My Computer?

Please help if you can...

It's 48 MP (megapixels), not MB. A 25MB file file size is reasonable for a 48MP photo so you are looking at the original.

Make sure you have installed DJI Assistant, it's needed to install the USB drivers.
