4k to iphone..

Hey guys please excuse me if this has been talked about..

Flew today with 4k and couldnt save to my iphone (7+), so hooked up the mavic to the laptop (macbook pro) and saved the file to the laptop. Upon syncing the footage to my phone via itunes(dji mavic folder) it saved pics but not the videos:yes i clicked "add videos" box.

So i went and converted it to a 1080 format knowing it would play 1080... synced it up and still nothing...

My phone and ipad mini are my go to editing devices so i would like to get this worked out..

Drone is now recording on 1080 for future flights.

I have read somewhere, you can only download to the iPhone if it is 1080 or less. I had the same at 4k, but have not yet tested it....

I might be wrong, search the forum...

Hi Guys
After around 3 months waiting time, I got my Mavic. Thirst flight was really nice and easy und I take some pictures and short videos. But I can't open my videos with my iPad2, also with my Notebook.
Any help? Also the question, who can I change the video mode , how can I do this?
