Hello, I'm a new goggle user, if I connect them without running dji go app I got limited to 30mt/50mt .... I must run the app and then start the connection with the goggles, is this normal?
How do you get the focus function before taking photos with the goggles?

Yes. You will be limited if you don't connect your Mavic to DJI GO.

If you set the C1/C2 button to "Center Auto Focus", you can manually focus using the C1/C2 button.

Thanks for help, so in the phantom 4 i have to run the app and then disconnect the smartphone and connect the goggles since they go thru usb cable

HELP .... yesterday all works fine, today when i connect the goggles i got no signal on the smartphone , the goggles still working fine, all updated

when the goggles are connected the c1 and c2 buttons are reassigned, how is possible to keep the settings of the remote?

EDIT ... after some tests i noticed that when i switch in 1080p for live view the app disconnected

Ah, right. The C1/C2 buttons get reassigned when using the DJI Goggles.
