Active Track Intelligent Flight Mode

Hi Guys
I am having trouble with this Active Track mode. When I try and select an object to follow I cannot get a green/red square by touching the screen. I do get a white circle which is the gimbal pan. I definitely says its in active track mode. Any Ideas?

Are you in wifi mode? can anyone explain what the white circle is? Is it the onscreen joystick?

Yeh have tried it at about 20 meters and at about 10 meters also

Have tried this but nothing happens ecvept the gimbal postion changes

Havenft used it for a while but they are if I remember right 4 different active tracking modes, sounds like you haven’t selected the one you were expecting
