Adobe Photoshop new upgrade allows you to mask any part of your image

Everyone on this forum knows that we frequently discuss the horrible subscription business model for Adobe Photoshop. But the other side of the coin is that there are almost weekly updates and improvements. Their new addition allows all of us who struggle with high dynamic range when shooting sky and foreground, especially sunsets, and sunrises, to mask the foreground, or the sky, to balance out the exposure. Here is a video (3 mins. or so) how the new software does this. This alone may be a reason to have photoshop if you do drone stills of sunrises and sunsets.

Yes- ColinSmith mentions that in this video. Adobe uses the same "engine."
