Adobe Premiere error

I've been trying to import BOTH .MP4 and .MOV files to my Adobe Premiere v11. Keep on getting this same error for BOTH. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!!

This guy renamed all the .MP4 file extensions to .MTS and it worked, another one deleted and reloaded AP and it worked too. Good luck!
