AF/AE missing???

Hi guys,

Trying to work out how to access the AF/AE toggle on the go 4 app? It simply is not shown on my screen???? What setting am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for replying. Yes and no

The green AF symbol is what I'm trying to get up on it's own. My understanding is that from watching other vids is that I can then click to toggle between af and ae, touch a point on the screen to set exposure to that point.

Hey CAT you could try uninstalling then reloading the DJIGO 4 app. What operating system, IOS or android?

Stating the obvious but you do have your Mavic connected and the camera image on screen when you have the problem don't you?. Because without the Mavic camera connected you will see only some of the camera controls onscreen

Try going in to the camera settings for video and switch and switch it form NTSC to PAL or vice versa. This will restart the camera without deleting your other settings and may restore it.This process has fixed camera related issues for me in the past.

It no joy with this I would definitely try uninstalling the DJIGo4 app and then reload it.

Yeah I sure do , tried it with it connected and disconnected but no difference.

I didn't try the pal/ntsc so will give it a go this evening. Thanks for your advice matey !!
