I sent my drone and RC to DJI Service after the Support Tech had given up that the issue was not firmware but hardware. True enough, DJI Service Centre confirmed that the camera module has malfunctioned, is not saving firmware updates, and needs replacement. I hope to get my drone back by 18 Nov with the new camera module fitted.
