Bad focus

Hello all;
picked up a refurb Air 2S. After doing all the firmware updates I checked camera and expo settings. The clips show my view. I was looking for similar experiences with members. Since I posted this, I’ve sent to DJI for warranty service. Apologies for initial typos.

Are you shooting using Manual Focus? If so, try changing to auto.

Just to put closure to this thread, DJI didn‘t repair the refurbished drone I sent back with the focus issue. i was pleasantly surprised with a new drone rather than refurbished. Apologies for the delay as I’ve been offline for a while.
