Flying today and when I took off altitude was ready right, and at some time during the flight altitude changed to negative numbers. Did the same thing on the next battery and flight started out reading correctly and then changed to negative numbers. What do I need to do to correct this issue.
Thanks

The indicated height will go negative if the drone is below the take off point e.g. take off from a hill top and fly down the hill. That is perfectly normal but I assume you are talking about the numbers being negative when the drone is above the take off point.
The height is derived from a barometer so actual changes in the air pressure will cause some variation/ You might like to read
and Sar104's post #16.

The indicated height is likely to drift a bit during a flight but the question is, how far out was it? 5 or 6 ft wouldn't worry me but 30 or 40 ft could mess up an RTH etc. in that sense indicating low would, I think, be better than indicating high as that would lift the RTH height. providing of course it doesn't put you over the maximum allowed height above the ground etc, etc,.

Thanks for your reply, after thinking about it I was flying from the top of a bluff and probably went below my take off point, while flying.
