Aircraft disconnected error...not connecting

Need help...Pleasesss
Got a mavic air pro..Was flying it landed everything was okay. Switched it off, came back turned it on and to my shock...RC controller just says connecting.
In dji go app reads AIRCRAFT DISCONNECTED to left in red box...All lights on AC on yellow flashing light at back..bit no connection. Will not fly. Tried with iphone. Switched to android. Still no joy. For some reason RC and AC not communicating. Tried using USB port to connect...Still nothing. Please someone HELP any solutions???? Much appreciated. Thanks.

Recommend you do a reset on your air, firstly switch off receiver, close dgi go app, switch off your wifi on phone.

Power up your MAVIC air wait until it has gone through short start up sequence. Push and hold Mavic Air rear button until you hear three beeps then release.

Switch off power on Mavic Air.

Connect controller by usb cable to your phone. Then switch on controller.

Switch on Mavic Air.

Wait for dgi go app to open or do it manually. Wait for the drone and app to check firmware status.

This should bring you back to a green light status on app and connection with Mavic Air.
