Trying to get authorization for a flight tomorrow morning, but I'm getting this message : see screenshot. Anyone know why? I went through all the steps, entered all my info.!??

Looks like the spelling of the name used to register is different from the request name spelling.

Dont think thats it, but thanks for the suggestion. I do think I figured out a work around though. Just for kicks, since I checked my name in the app and found it to be correct, since I was logged in with my acount, I thought I'd try something just for sh*ts and giggles. I logged all the way out of the app, then logged back in, and it worked. Go figure. ?‍?
