Anyone hear about this ? I guess if you have billions of dollars you can buy anything!! I read a little of artical and they mentioned 15 mile 5 pound limits and allowed for NO VLOS ... also approved UPS for similar delivery system ... I don’t understand ... is it just for very rural places ? If...
