If it's in the US from a carrier it's SnapDragon, If it's unlocked and you bought from US company it's probably a snapdragon. if you bought anywhere else in the world it's probably Exynos

Prresent status of problem is that cable has been determined to be defetive and I've sent a message describing problem and trouble shooting steps to DJI customer support using their 'email' option.
