Lot's of flyers (RC Helis/Planes) during Sun or maybe even Sat last time I went to Folsom Lake.
But during that particular Sun didn't noticed anybody flying drone except mine (Mavic).

Where in Roseville?
I sometimes fly @ Vencil Brown park when it's empty, good open area to practice and so far no hassle.

I am out towards Miadu Park area. I have done most my flying now over TAHOE.
