Any Singaporean pilots, need advice

Hi to all the Singaporean pilots,

I will be visiting this weekend, and plan to drone over the School of Art, Design and Media Building at Nanyan Technology University because of the beautiful architecture, any idea where is best to take off?

PS. I'm fully aware of the Drone Restriction times this weekend.
