Thanks for that - I'll try again shortly. I'm a DJI newbie but I'm sure RTH worked differently/quicker last week which is the only other time I've used it.You have to push and hold until that green goes all the way in a circle around where it says RTH or land.
If I remember correctly.. even if you have the controller set to C or S. it always launches in Normal mode. You have to set to C or S after you are in the air. Thanks for that - I'll try again shortly. Could you please also tell me if it's normal to see no drone battery readout until 15 seconds after takeoff? Being cautious, I don't like to set off until I see it - but maybe it's a device to make me hover until my Home point is recorded…
Another oddity I've noticed is that switching from N to C mode doesn't work every time. Often I have to move the slider across 2 or 3 times before the change is acknowledged.
Mine only does that If I have it in bypass mode'. Setting it to brake stops that.Hi dieses Problem habe ich nicht aber seit dem update steigt meine Mini3Pro von alleine !! wenn ich nur den hebel zum vorwärts drücke!! das nervt und ist gefährlich.
Your drone battery readout is on from the start as shown below. Not sure about the N to C mode as I have not tried that yet.View attachment 160429
Thanks but I was using the wrong terminology. It's the estimated remaining flying time that is stuck at zero for the first 15 seconds. The round battery life icon is very hard for me to see - I think green on grey was a poor colour choice.Your drone battery readout is on from the start as shown below. That's where I've been going wrong! Thank you - I don't remember reading this in the manual. I guess there's a good reason for it because the intuitive newbie thought would be that a hardware slider button would stay where you put it forever. If I remember correctly.. even if you have the controller set to C or S. it always launches in Normal mode. Gotcha, I think it just needs a few seconds to calculate the time remaining. Mine do the same thing. If you touch on the battery power icon as I showed above, it will give you time remaining until RTH, time remaining until forced landing and time remaining until battery deleted. Maybe that will populate a little quicker then the on screen time? I have not tried it yet. Thanks but I was using the wrong terminology. Just be sure that your Home Point is set prior to getting airborne. Do we sometime get antsy? Yep. Only bad things can happen if you don't follow this precaution.Could you please also tell me if it's normal to see no drone battery readout until 15 seconds after takeoff? If you launch before the drone records its home point, it's usually no big deal.Only bad things can happen if you don't follow this precaution.
