a 10 stop filter on a drone that isnt nailed to a very very sturdy camera tripod seems somewhat useless.

Even I can't see using a 10 stop ND on a drone. I do have one for my DSLR though.

I use one on my DSLR (and even then with a good tripod and wind dampening its not always useful output). Multiple second or tens of seconds on a drone is never going to be stable enough.
