DJI Mini 5 Pro in Amazon. Is this legit?

The only thing off here is your understanding of how Amazon fulfillment actually works.

As a 3rd party Amazon seller, I know firsthand how the fulfillment process works when sellers store their products in Amazon warehouses. And as a longtime Amazon customer, I also know how the return policy works from the buyer's side after returning plenty of items to Amazon myself.

I recommend reading Amazon's official policies so you can see how it really works. Spreading misinformation doesn't help anyone and only hurts your credibility. It's disappointing to see you take that route.
Clever deflection while ignoring 90% of the post above! The only one spreading misinformation and lies is you, claiming "None of the reviews are bad." when you didn't even bother to check for All Critical Reviews! Do better!

None of the reviews are bad.
None of them are from US buyers. They are all Canadian buyers. There was no indication that a US customer couldn't buy one; you would expect to see reviews from US customers.

While the actual seller for a listing can change, when I looked at the listing, the seller was NorthFront. When you look at the reviews associated with NorthFront, their reviews are listed as only 45% positive. And 43% are one-star reviews. NorthFront sells a wide variety of products; a one-star review for one product doesn't apply to all of them. And you have Amazon's 30-day protection.

Air Foto's stock is going fast, so the buy box is switching to the next best available deal. I guess people recognize a great deal when they see one.

Only 4 more Fly More Combo Plus packages left. Down from 12 about 10 minutes ago.

To be clear, the only listing that should even be considered, based upon the drone configuration, is the Plus battery Combo and is not Prime. 3 of the 4 listings above are for the regular Intelligent Battery, instead of the Intelligent Battery Plus.

Since all the batteries broadcast RID and the drone with the Intelligent Battery still weighs over 250g, there is absolutely no reason to not buy the Plus battery for 50% more flight time for a few dollars more. That one is not being offered as Prime and is NOT in an Amazon warehouse! It is pre-order for delivery in 10 days, and anything can happen between now and then with these shyster sellers. They may never deliver it to Amazon. The order can be cancelled. It may be delayed.

The other 3 packages are being unloaded, now that the gig is up and everyone knows they still broadcast RID! They regular battery versions only have value in the EU where they have a 3% tolerance, but they still unnecessarily broadcast RID! Do you want a target on your back in the EU when on vacation?

Which means read the entire listing before completing the order. Amazon will protect you, but you want to avoid being in a situation that requires protection.

.... I think Amazon is part of the problem.
This is what I don't like about Amazon. The same link has details that are changing by the hour, sometimes by the minute. The actual seller is changing repeatedly and even the "shipped by" can change on you....after the sale. Meaning the dates, too. There's no way to know for sure if a product noted as "Shipped by Amazon" is actually sitting in an Amazon warehouse stateside. If it were, how come it takes until October 31 to ship? Amazon is playing games and I willing to bet 95% of the buyers don't know what they are in for because they believe they are shopping on Amazon.com.

...and just like that, the prices have all changed. I guess they had a handful of drones to sell at a good price to lure the entire internet into this surge pricing scheme. If you no longer have it at that price, how about an "out of stock" notice instead of recycling those links? Check the OP first post, everything in it has changed. That's shady.

I bought one. I'll let you know how it turns out on Sunday.

I'm lowkey hoping I receive a box of rocks so all of @GadgetGuy's dreams come true.

If it's any consolation, I bought one of the Plus Combo units myself. We'll see what happens on October 27th, when Amazon says it will be delivered.
Now $2149 with yet another seller under the link you just gave above.
This is a crazy, convoluted combination of dynamic pricing and musical chair sellers!

Its called "Dynamic pricing software" and the price is going up because now everyone here is going to the page and looking at it. If everyone ignores the page for a while, the price will drop back down some.

Both Fly More Combo and Fly More Combo Plus are available for a super low price. Don't know if it's legit but it's Prime so Amazon can back up the refund.
$1,099
$1,159
$759
The Amazon links in the OP now go to a different US based seller called GD Sales. The prices are substantially higher now.

Welcome to the dark side.

Just a heads up, the drone you purchased isn't being fulfilled by Amazon. The seller, "GD Sales", is taking care of the fulfillment. You'll still be covered by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee if anything doesn't go as expected, so you're fully protected. The downside is the return and refund process will take longer.

While it's possible to link directly to a specific seller's product page on Amazon, Amazon doesn't make those links easy to find. Most people just copy the link from the product page, which will always take you to the seller currently featured in the buy box.

Once a seller's stock has been depleted, Amazon automatically shows the next best available price. And there are also a few other factors at play. For example, a Prime listing can sometimes outrank a lower-priced one if the cheaper option isn't Prime or has a longer delivery time.

Amazon doesn't allow multiple product pages for the same item. Instead, other sellers offering the same product must list it under the same page. That's why some drone sellers include random extras that only they offer. It makes their listing unique and prevents others from selling on it.

You can find all the drones Air Foto currently has in stock on their store page. The Fly More Combo with DJI RC-N3 is still available.
