Anyone streaming from phone to VR

I bought the mini as a "trainer" for my 6yo son for Christmas. What I'm trying to do is screencast my phone screen to a VR headset like the Oculus Go. Anyone correctly doing this with success? I've found a few shotty and sketchy attempts but nothing solid.

I should mention, I don't want any control abilities through the VR, just an FPV experience.

I’m trying to figure out how to side load DJI Fly in my Epson Moverio BT-300, if anyone has any step by step directions that would be helpful

Fly requires 64 bit Android 6.0 or greater. BT-300 is 5.1.
