Sounds risky... the background will kill it. Maybe best success with a light colored one like a P4...

I've tried tracking a p4 without much success. Lock was lost very quickly.

I was thinking of tracking my P4P obsidian with the M2Z. If I have my prop guard for the M2Z I would do it alone. I paid for a prop guard when I bought my mavic but it is still on backordered status at dronenerds.

I have seen youtube videos of active track 2.0. I dont know how obstacle avoidance missed the inspire 1.

It depends on the active track mode, but it was also a small target moving fast towards it.

I think i will skip testing m2z active track on my obsidian on my own today.

Ive tracked a few drones with a Mavic and P4, the main trick is to stay slightly above what your tracking.
