Not a 2S, but a 2. Installed it, but not noticed much if anything in a short flight afterwards. Firmware is a bit more critical - to me anyway - than updating software like the FlyApp; so any firmware updates should be installed.

I've installed the updated firmware on my Air 2S and done four flights. All seems fine. I'm not aware of any new features or problems resolved.

The only thing it seems to do is block the NFZ/altitude hacks.

Ya I really don't care about the software hacks. I did install it yesterday and flew this morning. Had a few twitches in the video feed where I have never had a problem but it was minor and could be just one of those things that goes away on another day.
Might not be for everyone that wants those hacks that @Kilrah mentioned
