Are amazon SD cards fast enough

V30 marking should mean sequential writing speed exceeding 30 MB/s.

They'll probably be fine. But for just a few $ more you can get a brand name like SanDisk or Samsung or others. Those brand names have been serving photo professionals for decades. Again, while they probably will be fine, I wouldn't trust my images on a generic when tried and true brands aren't that much more expensive.

Amazon, unfortunately, is famous (or infamous?) for listing counterfeit SD cards on it's sites. Probably not the best place to buy.
The topic of "what card to buy" is a complex one, because much depends on what you're shooting - stills vs video, 4K vs 5.4 K and so forth. DJI gives guidance, but unfortunately, it seems like you need an engineering degree to sort out the various speed ratings. At the same time, storage is cheap, especially compared to the cost of our drones, so why cut corners to save a few bucks? Buy a brand name card. For once, it matters...
