As I was in the downtown area yesterday doing a bit of paid work, I took the opportunity on a pretty day to do some droning of the Rainey Street area on the south side of the city. Wow! There's just a ton of new skyscrapers going up. Hope you enjoy.

Really Nice Video! I visited at Christmastime and was able to get some nice footage while the city was quiet over the holidays. People are freindly and chill. I got asked by a security guard what I was doing and when I said flying a drone, they just said OK and walked away.

Very nicely done. I was in Austin several years ago and my wife and I have planned a return visit this spring. It was a dynamic and beautiful city the last time I visited and I am looking forward to that optimism and dynamism on this trip - and also looking to fly my drone there.
