So far I’ve only been flying at a big open field, so I’ve been trying to think about how to make the uninteresting more interesting (someone else had a similar topic for where they were flying). If anyone wants to weigh in - do you compose your shot on automatic and then that’s the final shot, do you use the manual camera settings on your drone, or do you use the editing features on your software or app? These photos are heavily edited using my iPhone, but I’m thinking to get the best shots I will need to learn the manual settings on my drone. (I haven’t even tried the ND filters that came with my MA2 fly more combo yet.)

It’s not bad man. The third photo is the best by far.

Manual settings are always the best. It’s pretty easy on the MA2 because it doesn’t have an aperture adjustment. You want ISO as low as possible so really you are just changing the shutter speed to lighten and darken the photo. That’s it in a nut shell. Pretty easy.

ND filters are for video not photo (*except in fringe circumstances*)

Do you know what is causing the top horizontal third of your first two pics to be blurred? I get the same thing happening in some of my panorama pics.
That's how the panoramas are as a raw file, the drone can't point straight up so it just attempts to blend the sky as best as it can.

I didn't pay much attention to those shots until the 3rd. then wow! I really like it..It's a regular Van Gogh :)

Is there a way to stop it happening?
Not really since the camera can't point overhead, it's just a stitch together of everything it can see. Unless you mount one of those 360 cameras on the drone.
