Avata 2 Find My Drone issue

I hit a small branch while flying avata 2 through a snow covered forest, about 800 feet away from me. Turtle mode didn’t work. So I prepared for a slog through the snow for a rescue mission.

When I fired up the find my drone, it mapped a location several miles away, where I had previously flown a couple weeks ago.

A blind search of the general area didn’t have a positive out come.

Any ideas on this? I’ll be reaching out to customer service for an explanation.

Why not take a look at the TXT flight log instead? That should get you a lot closer than walking around blindly.

How did you fire it up? Did you connect your phone via cable to the goggles?
Did you look at the "last 30 seconds of flight" video in the goggles?

Yes, connected goggles to iPhone via cable. The map then showed the drone location as being several miles away even though I know the drone was only 800 - 900 feet away.

This is the last flight record from the flight. Would someone be able to provide the last coordinates from this file?

Find My Drone is showing a false location miles away.

Thank you, again. The coordinates led me to it and after poking around in the snow, success. Knocked off the snow and ice, Dried it off, and installed a fresh battery. Good to go!!
