Avatar showing up in the wrong place

I have included a screenshot of a couple of threads where my avatar is showing up on the thread starters avatar. Is this something new or have I been hacked?

See I see the same thing. You see I have posted in battery
mod thread but not the others.

No problem Dan . Not sure if your on that app or what but mine has always been like that but I am on a PC .
