B4U Fly app says.....

FAA clearance and DJI geofencing are two separate operations. Normally you could unlock an authorization zone, but not yet available on the MM.

What color is the zone showing on your DJI Fly app map?

And use Kittyhawk instead of B4UFly. Latter is a limited version of former.
Airmap is another good app.

If you're in a restricted zone, you're out of luck until late December. Per the Mavic Mini FAQ:

I found out why....... the entire island is in the National Seashore. From Ft Pickens all the way to Navarre
Flown there before but not with the MM
