There is a thread on this forum regarding this backpack, has good reviews for the Mavic 4 Pro + RC2 Pro Controller:
Lowepro DroneGuard BP 250

The DroneGuard backpack is compact and good if you are active while your drone is tracking you, such as riding a mountain bike (with backpack on). I'm more of a trekker, so I got this one even though it is only passively marketed as being drone compatible:
Lowepro BP250AW III

It fits my Mavic 4 Pro, RC2 Pro Controller, and 3 batteries (4 if you keep one in the drone) nicely. It also has a large spare upper compartment I put snacks in and my larger point and shoot camera, and it has a place for my 14" laptop. I bring trekking poles along to put myself in good backcountry locations for drone shots.

Recommendations on a quality backpack for the Mavic 4 and the RC2 Pro controller?
I use a PGY Tech One MO Go Camera bag, that also fits my Mavic 4 Pro and RC2 controller. It would be a better fit if I would leave my 70-200 lens and camera equipment behind. For my needs it works! Most trips I also like mt camera gear with me. The bag can be found on Amazon, or from B&Hphoto.com
