Basic Questions regarding Mavic Air 2

#1/ Can I still get DJI Refresh if I purchase the Mavic Air 2 from Best Buy?
#2/ Does DJI still offer telephone support now that they have closed their LA office?
#3/Is the build quality on the Mavic Air 2 as robust as the Mavic Pro 2?

I can tell you the LA # is redirected overseas It don’t matter
the LA facility is closed.
As far as I know as long as you get refresh within the timeframe after you activate you can get it.
The other I havn’t a clue yet. Kinda to soon to say.
Don’t really think you can compare the 2.

I actually thought they had an LA call center. The San Fernando Valley Area code fooled me. No wonder I couldn't understand them.

1) Yes, very easily online.

2) Yes, I called them today referencing point 3 (about a 30 minute hold) chat was much easier

3) No. Although I don't have an M2, I can say that my gimbal is defective out of the box. Maybe mine's a lemon, so take my experience with a grain of salt... But it happened... Already.

I thought the same but did talk with Tahoe Ed who is in the US about it and all calls are rerouted. The ones I would talk to spoke good English. Had me fooled.

When you do the DJI Fly setup on your new bird, it'll offer the refresh option. 48 hrs to decide.
