Hi all,
during yesterday's first flight of my Mavic 2 Pro the battery level stuck at 35%.
When I realized this situation I flown the drone back, waited a few more seconds over the landing pad to see if the level changed and landed.
I turned the drone off and on again, so i saw that the real battery level was 8%, with critically low battery warning. No other anomalies during the flight.
I performed two more flights with different batteries without any problems.
Back home I went through the flight log, finding two messages evidently related to the issue, the first one after 16' 43,8":
BattCommsError
The second, exactly 15" later:
Undefined Battery Message [↓]
This is the battery level graph, with the flattened part from the time the problem occurred to the end of the flight:

The battery was purchased last January, made about 60 flights and a lower number of recharges.
Mavic2 and batteries have been at the last firmware level for more than a month.
What could I do? Any debugging action or request replacement of the battery under warranty, if allowed in this situation?
Thanks.
