Battery issues

Do these batteries go into low power mode? could that be it.
I know on regular Lipo's once they drop below a certain voltage they won't change under normal settings

Hey group. Got myself a mavic pro fly more bundle and I can’t seem to get the 2 spare batteries to take a charge. I’ve already gone back and exchanged the two batteries and I’m having the same issue with the next two. Is there some type of hibernation mode that they are going into.

Ryan- when I first got my Mavic Pro Fly Mor package a year ago, I was having the exact same problem. The problem was the charger was defective. I replaced the charger and now have over 150 cycles per battery on my 3 origanal batteries which still perform flawlessly.
