Hello mavic 2 flyers my question is wat is the max temp to fly save with the battery.
last time afther my flyt the battery temp was 45 celsius is this a normal operating temperature.

rene from the netherlands.

The owners manual has a specifications section with operating temps for the aircraft, RC, and batteries. None of those are over 40C, though the battery spec is for "charging", not "operating".

according to the manual 5c to 40c is the safe operating temp range ,but it can get hotter during use

is there an safe treshold for the temp to be stil safe.
I dont want to crash my bird due battery failure.

Hello mavic 2 flyers my question is wat is the max temp to fly save with the battery.
For a full LiPo (cell on 4.2V), the cell temperature should be as high as possible, but below the decay limit of cell chemistry.
A LiPo ideally should be in a working temperature range.
This range should be between 68° F (20° C) and below 140° F (60° C).

thank you keule for that info.
now i know that i can fly safe with these temps.

fy more and stay safe.

This graph shows the operating temps of one of my 4 batteries. Shows the temp range that is cold up to Hot. I think you are good!
