Battery Warranty

Today I got "Battery Error" in Controller's screen.
I tested the battery in another Mavic and it showed the same msg.
I bought it as a Fly More Combo from CVP.com.
Is there warranty for the batteries or should I throw it to recycle bin ?
It is not cheap :-(
